株式会社ブレインストーム（以下「当社」）が提供するソフトウェア製品またはサービスにアクセスまたは使用することにより、お客様は本利用規約に拘束されることに同意するものとします。同意されない場合は、当社のサービスをご利用にならないでください。
当社は、本規約に従い、個人・法人を問わず、音声・映像制作、ポッドキャスト制作、音楽制作等の商用利用を含む業務目的での使用を許可し、非独占的かつ譲渡不能な使用権をお客様に付与します。
